FAITH - FAMILY - FREEDOM
Who is John Check?
He was born in Charlotte and grew up in Tarboro. As a retired Methodist minister, He has traveled and lived in eastern North Carolina for most of his adult life. Upon retirement his family returned to Nash County, where he served as Pastor of St Paul United Methodist Church. His wife of forty-two years, Sheryl, have one daughter, Nicole, who lives in New Bern. He is running for NC House District 25 representing all of the citizens in Nash County.
Why is John Check running for office?
North Carolina has made tremendous progress since 2010 under the leadership of conservative, common sense Republicans. He wants to ensure that North Carolina continues to grow and prosper and that pro-growth, conservative values continue to prevail in Raleigh. We must push back against the liberal, progressive politics of the left. District 25 deserves a representative that reflects the values of Nash County.
IT'S TIME FOR A REALITY CHECK
Where Does John Stand?
North Carolina and especially District 25 faces many issues that can be fixed and with your help, we will strive to make Nash County a better place to live and work.
Nash County needs better jobs, better schools, and better opportunities for all of its citizens. We must make our neighborhoods safe by addressing gangs, drugs, and illegal guns. Faith, Family, and Freedom are my cornerstone values.
